WEEK 1 BEAUTY DEMONSTRATION:
*Some modelling assignments require that you apply your own
make up.
During this session you will learn how to apply make-up to
create a natural and photographic look for the cameras.
Learn how to apply special techniques to enhance eyes, lips
and facial structure. Our make up artists will also
teach you how to apply make up for castings and photo shoots
as well as give you some useful tips on products, makeup and
application.
Each participant must bring his/her make-up, cleanser, toner
and moisturizers including own make-up bag. Zeebra Model
Management will provide make-up and applicators.

FASHION STYLING: (In place of the Diet
& nutrition)
This session will explore various ways in which to dress and
style yourself to your very best potential, giving you that
extra edge when attending castings or just for everyday
purposes. Our stylist Helen Russell has had years of
experience in merchandising for large blue chip retailers
and worked as a stylist on a variety of photo shoots on
behalf of award winning hair stylists
Ramsay & Johnson. During the one hour session with Helen you
will gain a greater understanding of how to dress and style
yourself paying emphasis to your best assets.

WEEK 3 POSTURE:
During this session we will examine methods of deportment
and posture. Learning how to stand and sit correctly can
alter not only your height, but can ease tension and back
pressure. Deportment is both a fundamental and essential
part of learning how to catwalk correctly.
WEEK 4 LEARN TO CATWALK:
This session will examine technique and style as you learn
how to move smoothly across the catwalk without looking
awkward. Here you will be encouraged to adapt your own
individual style into the dynamics of the catwalk.

WEEK 5 LEARN TO CATWALK WITH DANCE (STREET STYLE):
Your hard work on posture, pose and teamwork has prepared
you to incorporate some simple dance moves into your catwalk
style.
You dont have to be a trained dancer for this session, just
let yourself go and have fun!
WEEK 6 MOCK FASHION SHOW:
NOT TO BE MISSED! This will be the most important of your
catwalk sessions. The participant will experience what it
will feel like to be in a live fashion show and put the
valuable skills they have acquired to the test.
With the assistance of our resident fashion expert you will
select three outfits from your own wardrobe, and whats more
you will have your hair and make-up styled by professionals!
During session 10 you will be given the opportunity to recap
what you have already learned and prepare to take part in a
graduation fashion show, which will take place in week 11. On the day you will be required from
3.30pm for your hair, make-up and rehearsals for the
much-anticipated final show. Details regarding the
Graduation Fashion Show will be issued during session 9. *

ESSENTIAL THAT ALL STUDENTS PRACTICE AFTER EACH SESSION *

WEEK 7 DRAMA:
Modelling is all about acting and getting into character.
This session will enable you to develop performance skills
and preparing for castings. You will engage in working
on your voice projection, role play all of which will help
you develop skills in expressing emotions both verbally and
physically.
WEEK 8 PHOTO SHOOT:
This session provides an excellent way to start your
portfolio!
During this session participants will meet with our
photographers and makeup artists, to discuss the location of
the shoot (i.e. Studio or seafront, etc.), hair, make up and
clothing (from your own wardrobe).
On the day of the shoot, you will be required to arrive
early, as each student will have 30 minutes with our Hair
Stylists and Make-up Technicians. Each participant will then
have a two-hour (approximate) fashion shoot with a
professional photographer. A state of the art digital camera
will be used so participants can view their pictures
instantaneously!
WEEK 9 CASTING & TEST SHOOT:
This week students will meet and be interviewed by
a real life client or photographer and will be given feed
back on there potential as models. Then each student will
participate in a short test shoot!!
Each student will receive the first 2 prints COMPLETELY
FREE OF CHARGE

BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM 5PM.
WEEK 10 CATWALK RE-CAP / REHEARSAL:
This session is the time to revisit those important catwalk
techniques from weeks 3-6 in preparation for the live
Graduation Fashion Show! Routines and clothing will also be
finalised.
WEEK 11 THE GRADUATION SHOW (Optional):
The graduation show is essentially for candidates who have
completed the whole 10-week course or those who have opted
for the catwalk sessions.
